Sephis Axes - are often reported to be found in the Krytan area, however max dmg Sephis axes are found randomly once past the Crystal Desert.
Magmas Shields - i believe are found most often on the Fire Islands.
Sickles - Are an item found anywhere at random, no specific drop locations. Max ones most likely from the Crystal Desert and further.
Dwarven Axes - Same idea as the Sickles.
the most common farmable monsters are Mountain Trolls, Griffons (not as much anymore), grawl, and ettins. MUCH more farming info can be found else-where like here::
