Keys aren't dropping in The Underworld and in The Fissure of Woe

I don't know whats going on but is our guild the only one thats not finding any obsidian or phantom keys while solo farming in UW and FoW?

We haven't found any since there was the bug when ectos and shards didn't drop. It might be related to this bug.

Not only that we can't open the chests but we have to pay to open one! This is a pretty serious nerf if it's meant to be one.

Does anyone have any idea of what happened?

Keys arent common drops in these areas...but it could be a bug. Might wanna email ANet about this.

I haven't Gotten a Key in about 2-3 months in there. I Just assumed it was a Nerf to Chest farming in the areas (Gotta Buy to Farm thing).

Buy some? If your down there farming you should be able to afford a few keys.

ive noticed also when i solo fow that no keys are dropping. used to get 1 key every 2 or 3 runs but lately have got none

Haven't seen a key drop on a FoW run in quite some time. Used to drop for someone on most every run in the past.

I tend to agree with keys not dropping in FoW/UW. After doing countless FoW/UW runs on both the American and European servers over a two month period, I haven't seen a single key drop from any enemy killed. Not that i'm complaining mind you, most of the chests suck anyway. It just seems very odd that they wouldn't drop for such a long time and no explanation.

I'm sorry Mad King, but you said 'no keys ever dropped in UW'; so you said as if they never dropped and you always had to buy them, which is not true.

I haven't seen an Obsidian Key drop in the last couple of days that I have done FoW, but could just have been bad luck. I am sure however that keys dropped for me in the last few times I've been in UW (think that's about a month ago).

One dropped last night.
They're simply not common drops.

I havent seen a key drop in UW in at least a month.. And I've probably gone thru there an average of once per day. I used to see around 1 or 2 per run.

A Phantom Key dropped for me in PvE Tombs (UW) yesterday or something...

Well they maybe can drop in The Tomb of Primeval Kings but we are 100% sure that they don't drop anymore in UW or FoW... when they were dropping in FoW we couldn't use as much keys we found!

me and my regular UW partner havent had one drop in about 3 months now...

We would usually get one or two a run before, but havent seen one drop in ages
