Hello!
It's a max damage Sephis Axe, purple.
Requirment: 10 Axe mastery.
14% damage over 50% health.
No other additions. The guide said 300k-500k for perfect, what about this one?
Also, should I add pefect mods to raise the value? Is it worth investing in the mods?

40-55k for this, its purp and a req 10 and sephis axes are on the decline again now. Not worth modding if you are gonna resell

agreed with shen, the guide might say 300-500k perfect, but that is for golds.
