wats best(pvp)?

I own prophecies and i was thinking of making a PvP char soon and was wondering if anyone could tell me wat they think would be the best build.

There is no "best" build. If you want to PvP, pick your favorite class and look up some good builds to use. Once you get some knowledge, experiment with your own builds.
