PC on Perfect Shadow Shield (45/-2 stance)

I need a price check on the following shield:



Shadow Shield (req 8)
45 hp(while in stance)
-2 dmg (while in stance)

I have an idea of what the shield is worth, but I want some other opinions just in case. Thanks to those who help.

...Uber stance tank shield. 100k+ probably. I'm not that good at PCing shields though.

I could be completely off, since I'm not a big shield person but I'd say
