Ok, so i installed guild wars onto my desktop, which only has 256mb of RAM, so it ran way too slow. So then i tried to install it on my laptop, which has 512mb, but when i put the disk in the DVD drive it starts to make this chck chck noice, and does absolutely nothing. I go to the my computer, and right click the DVD drive and say open, however a message pops up saying the disk is either corrupted, or i don't have the requirements to run the sofware. I know the disk is not corrupted, cus I was able to install it on my desktop, and is brand new. I THINK that i have the requirements to run it. I do have windows xp, but there could be something else i dont know of.
What is the problem, and what should i do?
Thx in advance!

Some laptops dont come with everything needed to run certain games... but its only a couple of types...
Make sure your Disc Drive is CD/DVD rom compatible since Guild Wars is CD-Rom...
Also the clicking noise it makes- makes me think of my old problem with my computer not being able to read burnt discs...
could be a lens problem if the drive is CD/DVD...
