NC account not valid?

Hey, I havn't been around for a couple days, so I missed the opening (permanent this time ) of the Store.

The day before I left, I logged on to the NC support site with my existing account, so I know i do have an account there.

I log on to GW today, go to the Store, select "use exsting" or whatever it says, and WHA!? It tells me I have entered an incorrect password? I just confirmed it 2 days ago!

Did anyone else have this problem? I'm gonna go reset my password at the supprot site, and try again. Myabe it will work.

I believe that the NC Support account is not classed as a PlayNC account. Thus why your getting error'ed out on it.

I got the exact same problem and had to create a whole new PlayNC account (and was sad to see someone had already nabbed my most used username.. so had to use a backup name).
