Sure...

Requirement is decent and although health is -1, it's still +29 always. halves skill recharge is good for mesmers as they don't need halves cast:

~20-25k; but as the skin is quite rare, price may shoot up rather quickly if it garners enough interest on auction.

I'd shoot for 25kish as Marcus advised. Not a huge market for these types of offhands though.
