How about Marksman's Wager? No one ever mentions it, but it's great for using with secondary profs, and I don't have to waste attrib on inspiration if all I want is a few illusion/domination magic spells.

My favorite is Poison Arrow. I find it to be one of the highest-damage-dealing standalone skills in the game. It allows my ranger to be an absolute jack-of-all-trades, as I frequently bring Poison Arrow, a trap or two, an interrupt, a res spell, Gift of Health, and whatever else needs to be there like a Spirit.

reason is... melandru's arrows do really good damage combined with an enchanted target, and bleeding is only one pip of degen away from poison. although the posion lasts shorter for one more degen point, bleeding stays for about.. 18 seconds for the sacrifice of one degen point.
