Storm artifacts ??

Hi i have a frost artifact and a storm artifact, my question is what do i do with them?

if i double click them they load into my shield slot but with a red circle with a cross thru (as in it wont work here!)

im an elementalist , so who can use these artifacts??

Hi, to be able to use the items in the shield slot you must equip a one handed weapon for example fire wands.

elementalist us storm artifacts aloung with frost artifacts and flame artifacts and earth scrolls.
they are a one handed item which u cannot use with a staff.
u need a wand.
equip the wand and the artfact together to make a set.
