This warrior boss outside of Boreas seabed seems to be broken, because i have killed him 10 times and he hasn't dropped the green shield. So I was wondering if there was another place that he acually drops the shield?

I got his shield the 1st timel, so no, it's not bugged.

You can kill him 100 times and he wont drop anything. I've killed him about 20 times, and he hasnt dropped for me yet. Doesnt mean he's "broken" its just he's not dropping his shield for you.
