Hi, this dropped for me in FoW. Normally I would just sell it to merchant, but I want to see if it might be worth anything, or if I should try to salvage something off it.

vs. Hexed Foes is an unpopular damage mod and the upgrades are not worth salvaging for... I would merchant.
