Some real sounds on shouts, chants...

What i miss in this game is when there is no sound from your char when using shouts ( I mean shout is something ppl chould hear since its supposed to be loud ).

Well so far is like our chars cant make a sound or something like they r disabled in some ways ( except in cut scenes movies ) or I only hear it sometimes when someone die... When i chant i dont hear wispering murmurs and so on... I think implementing sound system in NF would be really welcome upgrade, and it would be really cool to hear my char doung some murmurs ( chanting or praying ). It would just add some big part into the game.

Would providing this sounds to our chars be such a big techno/programing developing challange?

I totally agree with you, a few more sounds would be nice.

There are quite alot of sounds already though, chars usually make grunts and groans whilst fighting and when they die. And its not like pets dont make any noise.

yes i agree there r already few sounds.. but no sounds connected to casting, shouting, chanting...

What i have in mind is something similar to, if u played Baldurs Gates for ex., whenever caster played a spell u heard this murmuring ( there they had different sound for each spell ) but just a few new murmurs, shouts ( like watch urself) It would be nice to hear a warrior scream real "Watch urself" or some other neat sound.

Murmuring sounds kinda cool I guess... Theres so many spells though it'd take ages to record and sync different murmurs for every different spell.

Considering Watch yourself can be spammed quite easily, that'd get annoying quick. You'd definately need a way to turn this off as well.

I wouldnt mind hearing a Ranger swear an Oath before using Oath shot... Just a thought

But this gave me an idea, have a button that toggles shout and chant sounds on and off.

Okay, so just Chants and Echoes then. Although I could swear I heard a SFX once when I used Mending Refrain that sounded very much like a fading echo... but only once.

Can't see a problem with it, hell even the damnd mini-pets have sounds,

Plz give us a button to toggle pet sounds plz

Minipet....Maxiracket, they're so annoying sometimes
