+7 armor vs. Physical

Hooked Daggers:
+20% under 50% life
Cold damage
+1 dagger skills 20%

Colossal Pick:
+14 while enchanted
Max Vampiric
+1 to hammer skills: 19%

1. 5k-10k~
2. 1-5k if you find a buyier, I'd just salvage
