hi, im a Mo/Me and i just started oro farming on him,
right now i have: WoH, D's Kiss, Orison, Healing Breeze, Mend Ailment, Jamei's gaze, energy tap, and rebierth
my att points are: 14 healing, 13 divine, and 6 inspiration.
is this good for oro farming or not?
any advice on improvments and whatnot will be greatly appreciated.

You realize as far as monking goes there are two types of general monk builds, healing, and bonder (for oro farming).
Bonder: (since you are monk/mes)
-LifeBond
-Balza Spirit
-LifeBond
-Mantra of inscriptions
-blessed signet
-Divine Boon
-RoF
-Mend Condition
Cast LifeBarrier and Life Bond on every1 in that order. Cast Balz spirit on yourself. Maintain Inscriptions, and continuously cast blessed signet. If a bond is stripped, replace it. If your fellow monk is having problems healing during battles, Divine Boon and lend a hand. You should have plent of energy.
I also prefer the boon bonder build, because often the other monk will get disconnected and then the farming run will abort--with this build you can carry on. To be honest you really don't need the other monk.
When inside of SF same premise as above, except I usually drop Life Bond from the heal monk and top the tank off with balz spirit. Acts as a cover and provides the tank with excess energy. Other monk shouldn't be taking very much dmg, because he should be on the backline with you. Though pugs often prove me wrong with their stupidity.
Healer Monk:
a) If you are in a B/P group, i recommend the following build:
-Vig spirit
-dwanas kiss
-mend condition
-rof
-signet of devotion
-Mantra of Recall
-*Rebirth (or some sort of rez)
-Divine Boon
b) classic farm group:
-RoF
-Mend Condition
-Sig of devotion
-Spirit Bond
-Inspired Hex
-Mantra of Recall
-Divine Boon
-*Rebirth (or some sort of rez)
*Note: personally I don't like bringing any sort of rez on my skillbar, but the pugs will bitch and whine so i squeeze it on.
Heal monk you can go with any build you like really, just make sure you have e-management, and some sort of prot spell to take care of squishies that decide they don't have to move as they are being beaten on by 12 enemies.....(and trust me that will happen nearly every run -- quality of players has gone down).

In Oro farm your energy management could easyly be Essence bond on the tank? he should recive some hits to fill your bar

Ok, i heal in oro farm and prefer it to bonding, why ? I don't see enough monks using a seemingly obvious thing. Alright, so the bonder is putting :
