Clarification on the Dervish "Form" Skills

I haven't unlocked any of these, but I would like to know what the skill description means when it says the skill is disabled for 120 seconds. It's not conditioned on anything. I'm trying to understand what triggers this disabling, and what the 5 second recharge refers to, if the skill is disabled for 120 seconds upon use.

As far as I can discern its just a stupid way of saying that you cant use the skill again for 120 seconds. Maybe they just didn't want to have a 120 recharge time, or maybe they are going to make something where you can bypass the the 120 sec disable, in which case it would recharge in five seconds.

All you have to do is select a premade Whirling Dervish to check it out yourself.

It isn't "Stupid". They wanted to limit how much you could do with the Skill. By disabling it for 120 seconds, instead of just giving it a 120 sec recharge, they effectively made it where you HAVE to wait the 120 secs, You can't use skills llike Serpent's Quickness to make it come any faster. Its like a balance at the awesome power of the forms.

The "5" in the recharge spot is only there for if get interupted during the casting basically. This is another advantage to disable over recharge..If Someone hits a Savage Shot on you or something..YOu don't have to wait the full 120 secs of it being disabled - just basically go right into casting it again in 5 secs.

If it gets interupted it recharges in 5 seconds. Thats why the RC isnt 120 sec.

Also this is why You cant Mimic an allies Elite Form...Just another way to make it where you cant cheat the disable time.
