1. Open your Quest Log and open your map. Click on the quest that asks you to go to Ascalon Settlement. See the green star? Yeah, it's there.

By the way, it's not a town, but part of the North Kryta Province.

which means that everytime u wanna go up there u have to run up there u cant teleport..
So while u are there buy all the skills you need and do the quests u want

You leave The Seaboard Mission, Go straight north, you'll fight Fire Imps. Then it opens into a wide area with many partols of Tengu. You have to make your way north in this area. You'll see a Hill but don't go up it - just keep fighting through the Tengu and you make it to a narrow path. If you haven't dont that quest, a Prize Winning Pig will about a half way up the path. At the end of this narrow path, You can cut to the left to go into the Nebu Terrance, but dont, keep uping up and around a turn and you'll see ALOT of NPC people - this is the Settlement.
