So, um, who is this "Rotal" fellow???

Perhaps this was part of a quest I did a year ago when I started Guild Wars, but I sure don't remember this guy-

I passed by this big skull and tusks in the Arid Sea in the Desert, there was some bleached bones there, but otherwise no one was around. I explored some more, came back by that way, and there was this Rotal standing there. Doesn't say much except he talks about his guilt.
Who is he? Which mission was he part of?

Those the bones which tell the story of the person ending up killing their own children to spare them from more brutal death? That would explain his guilt. Never seen him there before though.

Yeah, I'm at 92%-I get bored searching for 3 hours for pixels that I didn't uncover on the map, so I'm not sure I'll ever reach 100%. I already have Protector of Tyria, and the Cartographer thingy is the closest other one I have. I'm the type who LOVES to explore, but not for individual pixels, lol.

Oh, and in case you're wondering, I'm the same person with the ivanjs account-I thought they had deleted this account (Bragg Madaxe), but it turned out I had changed my password the last time I was here (didn't recognize my email address which is the same for both accounts ???).
