Flame Artifact: ~10k-ish; Not really sure where the armor bonus would be useful... PvP for one, and maybe against drakes and the undead sorcerors around Kryta!?!

Gazing Scepter: Not max, cross attributes. However, casters shouldn't be attacking with their wands anyway so the perfect mods and skin might get you a few ks from someone who will close an eye to the damage mod and requirement. I would just merchant or give it to a starter mesmer though...

Smiting Rod: ~20k-ish. Smiters do stay enchanted so the energy bonus is good but halves skill recharge would have been better seeing that some of the best Smiting Prayers' skills take quite a while to recharge. O well, an offhand with the missing mod would make a perfect set anyways...

Smiting Rod 2:Again not max, high requirement, cross attributes but perfect mods... A few ks/merchant or give it away...

Last but not least...*drumroll please & why do I never get drops like this...*

Ghostly 'Earth' Staff: Don't really need to explain much with this one... RARE & PERFECT 10/10 = 120-150k+

My apologies for adding so much worthless mumbo-jumbo along with the PCs Ziggy, but I prefer to examine an item's use and not just its value... Especially when people dump items with really weird stats but perfect mods on the forum...

Big spender

But seriously though, a Ghostly 'Earth' Staff is not as highly sought after as a Ghostly 'Divine' Staff... With Fire, Divine, Smiting, Death, Blood, Domination, and possibly Illusion and Curses (ignoring Ritualists for the moment), chances are high for a perfect 10/10 to reach 200k+ if the requirement is between 8-10.

And btw, I'm a he... Although occassionally when I have too much to drink, my wife starts referring to me as an 'it'...lol

O, one last note to add... With Factions being farmed liked crazy... There's not much to collect from there so I guess Ghostlies will always remain top on the list of rare staff skins. Value wise, a perfect 10/10 Ghostly Staff could fetch anything from 150-300k if the collectors start crawling out of the woodwork.

Knew I forgot a profession...

Ah yes, totally forgot that earth is one of the least popular types of ele to play As you said above it will have an affect on the price and on the number of potential buyers.

This is going to be a little off-topic but might help people understand why I PC pyro weapons at a slightly higher value than the other elements. I wouldn't say that earth is one of the least popular, just underestimated... And I would bet top GW gold that Herbalina knows how to use every element when the need arises...

However, I've teamed up with many eles on both continents over the past 10-months of playing and 90% of them are pyros. I did Hell's Precipice a few times in order to complete Protector of Tyria and each time, I had at least one ele in the team. When I asked which element they used, they always said fire. When I asked them if they could switch to water, most would just ignore me.*sigh* Whenever we found someone who would do a switch, he/she would still insist on bringing along a couple of fire-based spells as his/her weapon was fire-based.*sigh* Of course, bringing along a ranger with Winter would have been excellent, but like monks, most end up in UW, Tombs or FoW right after Ascension so they're as hard to find as perfect Ghostlies...*more sighs*

Cantha was a lot better though and I met a lot of eles using Earthquake and Aftershock. However, most still had fire as their primary element and when I asked to see their weapons, I was shown Rago's Flame Staff or Rago's Wand/Offhand or some other fire-based item...*sighs again*

Final word: As most elementalists seem to make fire their primary, demand for fire-based weapons is always high, and average at the least. However, although some may switch, they would prefer to stick with the weapons they bought either because:

A. they can't afford more than one set;
B. they can't be bothered;
C. they find that carrying too many items is a waste of space;
D. they are casual players who have yet to understand the full potential of an elementalist and the art of matching weapons for each element;
E. they're just plain pyromaniacs...

*SIGH*
