The same type of bots that farmed elona reach are now farming north of granite. However, there are not as many of them this time.

actually i think...they are going north of granite citadel because you cap Shield of Judgement in mineral springs, and that skill is almost mandatory for a 55 monk.

If I could shoot the people that stand in Droknar's Forge and Spam: "\/\/TS Avicara armour, 1 for 3k, buy all 7 for 24k" I would...its annoying.
I'll give an Illustrated Example of the Botting in Granite.
1) They walk sideways into the Tasca's Refuge Sign.
*Wait about 2-3seconds*
2) They Strife into the middle of the portal
*Wait about 2-3seconds*
3) They then walk into the Portal
Here is the overhead of the Tasca's Demise Sign, and the botted path.
This isnt the full path. I have noted their entire path from Spawning in, to getting in again.
It takes them ~1-2mins to do the whole thing.
1) They spawn
*wait some seconds*
2) They follow the same curved path around the stairs and continue on until they hit the same spot on the Spearhead Peaks Sign
*Wait 5-10 seconds*
3) They path to the merchant (where I assume the 5yr old boy being paid 2 pennies a year physically sells all the junk)
*Wait 10-15 seconds*
4-6) The steps I illustrated above.

thats kinda lame, and ineffective, what with all the variables, ie different spawns, battles might play out differently, you wont get the exact same drops as when it recorded your movements.

Then they would just hire a guy who types in the codes for the bots 1 by 1....

With more character slots to fill, botting has become much easier now. When a player uses a different bot every hour, they become almost impossible to detect.

bots are kind of ghosts repeating the same thing, even with different spawns, there's going to be at least one bot that gets the setting the waypoints are made for
if I'm sure a person is a bot, I'm tempted to flame at them....

1. Target sign.
2. Start run to sign
3. (timer X seconds, to give the bot time to run to sign from wherever it is in Granite citadel, will on average be a bit too long meaning the bot stands still at the sign for a few seconds)
4. Start sidestep right
5. (timer Y seconds, to give bot time to go from sign to where it will hit the exit when running forward)
6. Run forward
Once outside it'll basically do the same thing to get to some place where a known group of enemies are, activate its skills in a pre-set order to kill them, target drops and pick them up, then map to town, target mule, transfer all drops, then GOTO 1 to do the whole thing over again. It's really very simplistic, anyone could make a bot like this using freeware on the net (no, I'm not going to help anyone do it).
Meanwhile there's a human minder somewhere in china or india, overseeing perhaps a dozen computers, each running _at least_ one instance of guildwars with one of these bots active in each one. He's paid to restart the bot when it glitches, and to respond to whispers (as they might be from an in-game moderator). He's also responsible for sorting the loot in mule #1, ie selling off the trash and moving interesting stuff to storage or mule #2 for later sale.

As well as the lvl 20 Mo/Ws there are lvl 2 ones there? o_O
They come in large groups too.......probibly for plvling to prep them for the botting itself -_-

Let me guess, they won`t do anything to those accounts, instead they`ll nerf those spawns either by making them impossible to kill solo or by nerfing the drops, affecting us all. Repeat every time the bald farmers find another hotspot. GG
