Crystal Desert

i've got a level 20 W/R, and even with a lvl 19 N/Mo guildie, we have a heap of trouble travelling around the desert, mainly we get ambushed by 7 or 8 lvl 20 monsters.

how the hell do they expect ppl (especially ppl new to MMORPGs) to do this! i cant even get to the mission areas to do the darn missions, (except for Dunes of Despair) and after 10 tries, we cant even get close to surviving 10 mins of that.

I have 541 max. health and all my clothing has 65 armour +20 vs physical, strength and hammer mastery at lvl 12 each, and a hammer with 17-32 dmg +20% +20% for customisation.

either i have no skill or the desert is just too darn hard. does anyone have any tips???

I can hench it with my ele and monk, and with my warrior it is extremely easy.. what gives you problems?

do u get attacked by upto 10 things at a time? i do everytime i step outside the door of a town/outpost...

Equipe a longbow in spare weapon slot...

do what is called "pulling" so u aggro only 1 group of enemies at a time.

each group of enemies is no larger than 5

Yeah just be careful. Step lightly and you should be fine.
