Hey ppl are going crazy over the items you get from medallions this weekend now, and I'm wondering what they do. The Creme Brulee and Flame of Balthazaar i'm not sure of, but the firewater is prolly booze. anyone here that could tell me?

Creme Brulee=Sugar Rush
Flame Of Balthazar= You either get 10 and trade for a sigil or you eat and get 1000 faction
