I've been trying to contact Anet/GW to ask them a question about there new Ingame store. So I tried the forums first, to see if it was a commonly known answer (http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...hp?t=10013349).
When I wasn't offered a answer, more then enough guesses and suggestions, I decided to contact Anet by there supplied information.
So I went straight to the PlayNC website to post a question, started to fill out the "Question Submission Ticket", When it asked for my PlayNC account details. I filled it out and got a notice saying account was invalid.
So I went and check up on my account, found it there with my details. But the email verification hadn't been completed.
So I resent my verification code notice via there useful feature.
And waited for the email.. and waited. I got it after a short wait, checked and found a support email address, a site to contact to finish my verification process and a section like this...
....Your PlayNC email verification code is:
But no code!
So I followed the directions, and contacted the supplied email support address.
Only to receive, faster then the verification notice, a "Assistance Request Denied" email. Seems the support email address supplied incase you need to contact them is no longer the place to contact.
Way to be up to date Anet, give me a support address you no longer use!
So I freaked and cursed Anet, but alas there were directions.
