Simple storage suggestion (pic)

Here's a really simple storage solution that will solve 80%++ of the problems people are running into with space.

Have 1 tab for YOUR CHARACTER
Have 1 tab that is SHARED throughout your account
Have 1 tab for Materials, as it currently is



See? Simple, viable, easily introduced.

Also, don't cry about OMG BANDWITH AND NUMBERS AND OMGOMG

Items in the game aren't ACTUAL ITEMS ON A HARD DRIVE. It's not like they're trying to shove lego in a metal box saying "omg this won't fit".

Everything is just data. Look at how easily they introduced the material storage. holding 50 or so items @ 250 quantity is less data intensive than 20 more slots.

I think this is a great idea, spare armor and weapons that I use for my monk (healing/55) will fit in his "main" storage space, and spare armor and weapons that I use for my necro (mm/ss) will fit in his "main" storage space also.

Sounds good, but you might wanna change the name of 'Main'. I dunno, it just doesnt sound right to me, though I cant think of a better one atm. Maybe a 'insert player name' sorta thing.

Its a good idea but they aren't adding storage for a reason. Giving everyone 20 extra slots per char strains their servers *i think* although i'm not that good with those sort of server issues.

Yes! YES! I would LOVE to see this! As it is, I HAVE to use my PvP character as a mule, because storage is WAY TOO SMALL. Even with a mule, I often have to sell good items for peanuts because there is no room! ANet gave us seperate material storage, why not seperate storage for each chracter, too?

If it strains their servers, they can just make it something you pay some cash for, like extra character slots, though I'd of course prefer to see it as a free upgrade.
