I do hate PCing cross attribute caster items, but seeing that there are no Protection Prayers and Healing Prayers requirement staves, these attributes generally fall on a Smiting or, as in this case, a Holy staff.

Pros: Decent requirement, perfect mods
Cons: As the more popular Protection Prayers spells take 1 or 2 seconds to cast and a much longer time to recharge, halves recharge of Protection Prayers would have been much better than halves casting.
Estimate value: 40k-ish
