Pros: perfect requirement; prefect mods; and a very nice skin
Cons: none that I can see, unless someone is looking for only a specific 20% Curses recharge and casting wand...
estimate value: 50-75k; easily more if it garner enough interests on auction
Btw, this won't be easy but you should try and find a req 7 or 8 Curses offhand with +5^50/15/-1 and another perfect mod on it to create a perfect set...
