Pros: Perfect requirement, almost perfect mods; plus it is halves skill recharge which is always sought after by mesmers
Cons: 1% less on halves skill recharge of Illusions Magic spell spoils the value for a collector.
Estimate value: 30k-ish

Note: Not really sure if the skin is popular, but it shouldn't really affect the pricing much.
