Hello this is my first thread

Rule post your farmer build, where you farm and most money made in 1 hour (including drops which then sold to the merchant)
Mine is my 55 monk troll farmer right outside droks
The most money I made in 1 hour is 6k plus a black dye

I hope this thread gets the best farmers out there.

Standard B/P team in ToPK.

Made over 80K in one run (took about an hour). 3 ecto dropped for me in the mission, got two gold shadow staves from chests that I sold for 10K each, and then got Victo's Axe in the end, which I wound up selling for 40K.

most for me was prolly bout 105k... it was right after factions came out and i was vermin farming (my guildie who made vermin farming told me about it) so since not alot of people did it i got gold perfect daggers and sold em for 100k and got about 5k from the other merched stuff.

Wow!!! I thought 6k and a black dye was a lot for solo farming...

Thank you guys it opened my eyes to a whole view of farming.
Great job on the 80k and 105k in one hour.
Please post if it is a team build or solo build also your character classes.

I dont think nobody can beat 105k in 1 hour.

That may be true Senator Tom but not all the time you will get a Gold Max Crystalline 15^50 on the chest. It may even take you hours or even days to get lucky with a perfect weapon. Also, please consider that you will need a very experienced and well organized team to win the halls. I guess what I'm trying to say is, well the point of this thread is I would like to know what a patient, best farmer out there came out of farming in 1 hour, where and what build he used.
Most new guys like myself do not really do PVP for I am inexperienced and do not know yet what to do. For some reason when i think of farming, I automatically think of PVE. Well I was wrong you can also farm and come out of a lot of Golds and Items on PVP as well.

The build itself is out of date and there are plenty other builds out there for vermin farming spanning over a couple of classes.

BTW i failed to mention the daggers came from a canthan chest, now since alot of people vermin farm 90% of the time i get purple items from chests or i get the occasional gold crappy offhand so i really doubt i could do it again

About three weeks ago I worked out my Droks troll farming makes on average 7K an hour. I have got better at it recently though and reckon that I can now do 8-9K an hour consistently without working too hard. I think Hengis Stone got the concept, I've been doing troll farming for about 3 days now and the most I still could get was 6-7k here is my build.

Let me think, the most I ever got in one hour was a req 7 crystalline 15^50 after winning halls....

*wakes up from dream*

bout 200k FoW chest runs (before they were nerfed)
2 gold chaos axes
one req 10 15^50
one req 9 14^50

^sold for 130k^

then salvaged mods off the staffs

and a +30 sword mod

I just used a standard warrior/monk running build

This isn't good at all compared to the people who posted above me. The most I've made in an hour is 50k because I salavaged a +30 hp sword mod from a chest drop in The Deep.

Mine was from a Shiverpeak chest up at Granite Citadel. I had 3 keys left and made 2 runs and opened 3 chests. The 2nd chest was a Req 8 15%^50 Fellblade with a 20/20 sundering already on it.....and one other crappy mod that I replaced with a +30. I sold it in Kaineng D1 for 100k+55 ecto. Ecto was worth about 7.5k at the time sooo........512.5k.....+ the 1 other gold unid'd armor that I sold for 5k and the purple that I merched for 122g.......in total I made 517.622k in under and hour.......thats my best

Vermin are outside of Senjis Corner in Cantha, there is also a boss Shreader something that drops some green daggers... used to be able to sell em for 10k back in the day

You get 6k from trolls per hour?

My wammo troll slayer gets -at least- 20k average there X.x, per hour yes.

It's been several months since the last time I went there for an hour but I think I got to a point where I'd get 32k average per hour.

But back then the scrolls didn't have a fixed price yet, they got nerfed when they became stackable so no more 1k identified gold scrolls anymore X.x
(tip: kill the bosses too, also try to lure the avicara into the cave to kill them too. Oh and aggro EVERYTHING at once. Those extra 10seconds spent getting that extra mob is 30 seconds saved killing that small mob... oh and if possible, get super str, weapon and tactics runes. The low hp is meaningless igf you have the right build and timing.)

When factions was released, I didn't have my copy yet so I tried getting survivor title on my warrior (nobody knew it was only for new chars) and well, after about 6 hours non-stop (I was bored ok?) I had so much gold, wood, parchment, steel, I could make huge amounts of cash, selling steel at 1.5k, parch at 100g each, I even found gold fellblades there, not to mention the black dyes.
All in all it would have been 80k per hour.

But on a normal day, way way back, I think it still would be 20k per hour, probably less.

I don't think trolls is any good anymore, maybe like the op said, 6k... but I doubt that it would be THAT bad nowadays.

Honestly, most of my "best" drops have come while just playing the game.
I guess the biggest was a 15^50 Req. 9 Zodiac Longbow which I sold for 100k. Some may call the elite missions farming, but I really enjoy them.

I did get a 15^50 req. 9 Fellblade from a chest while troll farming. I thought about selling it, even turned down 105k. I may just end up keeping it.

I made a nice chunk of change Xueako farming right after Factions came out, so you could consider that 100k+ if you happened to get 3 in an hour (you are lucky to sell them for 15k now, too easy a run!)

Pretty much the only farming I do are occasional troll/tengu and Ettin runs. You have a chance for nice runes either way and they are quick. I'll also do elite missions and some boss runs in Factions. I used to do ToPK a lot, but haven't been there for months.

@Don: I usually kill the Warrior boss on troll runs, but the ranger just takes me too darn long.

Well for me, the best I've ever done was 4 shards + req.8 14^50 chaos axe + 20/20 sundering bow string. which went for a total of like 160k or more..

It was from a spider run in fow btw.

Merchanting>Farming. I made roughly 140k- by merchanting Perfect Gold swords in an hour. I bought perfect zodiac for 100k+20 ecto and sold for 100k+40 ecto.
