High divine favour requirement means a monk will have to spend most of his/her attribute points on Divine Favor and Protection if he/she intends to take full advantage of the staff. This is fine if a monk intends to work only with Divine Favor and Protection Prayers spells.
Estimate value: ~40-50k

Note: Perfect monk staves are becoming more common so supply might be exceeding demand these days.
