special weapons

once again ive seen a character with a weapon with verry high dammage(the hammer 19-40 and the bow20-28) i asked the player and he said that if just appeared in his inventory. but id like to know if any one can post a screen of those items for me, and if any one can tell me how to get one of those items.

Are you sure you read it carefully? No bow or hammer can show up as those numbers.

im rly sure ,the hammer is like the head of a rino and the bow is black and they are both 15^50 and other mods

Unless you post a screenshot of what someone showed you in game, I'm 99.9999% sure that you're mistaken.

Again, I'm very sure that the maximum inherent damage (before bonuses/modifiers/customization) on any hammer that's ever been in the game is 19-35, and for a bow it's 15-28.
