I recieved a Price Check in game of 50-70k, and then an offer of 40k.

I know that the +30 Upgrade sells for quite a bit as well, is the sword worth selling on its own, or is it worth risking the +30 health mod?

Well, apparently, this will sell for 50k or so. 15 enchant swords are popular with W/Es, but this could take a while to sell.

A +30 Sword Pommel will sell quite easily for 50-60k.

It's up to you if you want to take the risk for a faster trade.
