Plus, when they talked none of us could see that either. We all made sure that the Alliance chat box had a check in it. The alliance was created by the [Vangaurds of Tyria].<<<yes it is spelled incorrectly like this???. My friends guild is [Zombies In Training]. We do not show up on their Alliance list, and they do not show up on ours. When we try to re-add them, it says they are already part of an alliance, yet their alliance list is empty. When my friend trys to re-invite my guild the computer replies that they have insufficient permissions. The most annoying thing is that we cannot leave the alliance and start all over because it is not listed. But, we know it does because we can talk 1 way through the alliance chat. I wondered if it was a problem with just [ZIT] so i created another guild [Glob Of Ectoplasm] on my extra account and used [VoT] to invite them. The same problem occurs between [VoT] and [GoE], but [GoE] and [ZiT] can communicate perfectly over alliance chat. Although no guilds show up in any of the 3 guilds' alliance lists.
Please help us.
This was what i submitted to the NC soft support site.

This is what I got back.
It was an almost immediate reply. There was nothing human about it. No one actually recieved this letter.

What upsets me most about the autoreply program they are using is that if it was a person then they could at least tell me if there is a way around the bug. In the mean time I and about 175 other players are stuck in an alliance that doesn't function. All I want to know is if a real person has read my report yet.

Has anyone else experienced any sort of bug like this?

Quoted for truth... you all need to give A.net support more credit.

That is a automated responce, yes! However 90% (appox) of the time you will get a human responce at a later point as well.

A.net support is sometimes slow, but I've always gotten a human responce from them one way or another.

Oh Noes! The 'burbs!

I put in a support ticket a couple of days ago. Do I need to wait longer for a human response? It was closed almost immediately, and I've since updated it with no response from Anet.
