Easiest way for my faction toon to get Gladiator and Ascalon helm from Tyria?

I see all the warriors running around with 15k gladiators and a ascalon helm that has the dragon looking skin. I understand there is a sub-15k version of that helm for noobs. I want one of those.

What is the easiest way to get my factions warrior geared in that helm that is not 15k? I am not ascended yet but I can get to lion's arch. I have done hours of searching on the web to no avail. Someone please help because this frustation is making my head explode.Thanks.

Assuming you want the max armor level version of that helmet:

Take your factions character to Lions Arch. Run/Fight/Mission & Quest your way to Droknar Forge, and purchase the 1.5k version of the Ascalon helmet.

If you only want it for running around town, I recommend just buying the 50AL one in Lion's Arch, and save yourself a few hours....lol
