Now THATS interesting... does that mean we'll get 3 extra character slots instead of two when nightfall is released if we add the nightfall account key to or we get 1 when we add the bonus key?

Thats awsome. The bonus items look way better than the factions preorder.So we basically get a character slot free for preordering? This is very cool.

I'm guessing that you come from Istan Province, join/get assistance from the Order Of Sunspears, that The Princes of Vabbi become corrupt and that Warmarshal Varesh gets killed before the end in a "dramatic twist".

God I love Good vs Evil stories... no seriously I do.

Any news on pricing? I guess they havent released that info yet. It does look great though. I haven't gotten any of the preorder items before, It will be nice to get these. And an extra character slot rocks.

-_- I can't imagine that anyone would pass up a preorder now. Hours before the Head Start for Factions, Rach and I actually bought a few preorder keys over eBay for guild members who weren't able to get their hands on preorder packs. Looks like we'll be doing it again.

Looking at the huge amount of extras compared to the Factions pre-order I'd guess it'll be a bit bigger than the £2 I payed previously.
I'd guess £5-10 if you're British, $7-12 if your American etc

I'll say it'll be around $10. I have a good reason too. Last time I got a pack that gave me all of this but a character slot for $.99 ( AWESOME DEAL ). This, adds a character slot therefore it'll be around $10 or perhaps $10.99.

Not downloading all the stuff, that would take so long, when loading every city takes hours so? or buying cds would be easier, so yeah when will it be in stores, in europe?/holland

What is a pre-order package? Does it mean getting a copy of the game a month earlier, so it's ready to go as soon as Anet opens the gates? Or is it a pack with tons of cool stuff, but I still have to buy the "real" game later?

In other words, will getting the pre-order package mean getting Nightfall, or is it what it sounds like; a preview of Nightfall which I'll still have to purchase later on?

Makes sense since they now sell slots. So a (historical guess) $10 pre-order kit is aka a new slot with some bonus stuff thrown in

It's not the full game, it gives you the stuff it listed but you still have to buy game.

How it's suppose to work. You pre-order the game, and the store gives you one of these.

You will also be able to buy this seperate via Best Buy & Amazon.com but still end up having to buy the game.

Make sure you ask if you pre-order about when you will get this pre-order box, if they don't tell DON'T PRE-ORDER from that vender.

it means you get the package and enter the code key that comes with it to get extras now, and you probably get to play nightfall a day early like the factions preorder pack. If so, you will get to play nightfall 24 hours before it comes out and the day it comes out so you dont lose anything. You will still have to buy Nightfall, though, the day it comes out if you don't want to lose your characters or anything

since an extra slot simply for preordering does not fit at all here (my opinion) is what the slot is for.

THEY DO NOT HAVE TRIAL ACCOUNTS FOR NIGHTFALL AND HAVE MANY PEOPLE WITH ALL SLOTS FULL AND UNWILLING TO DELETE TO TRY.

PVE EVENT COMING UP AFTER RELEASE OF PREORDER NOW HAVE A SLOT FOR EVENT.

PREORDER GET ONE SLOT NOW TO USE FOR EVENT AND ONE MORE ON PURCHASE

BUY LATER GET BOTH SLOTS AT ONCE

They will probably be streaming it to you before the game is released. The game key will just unlock it. They did that for factions

Well their are many ways that this can go, but we will just have to wait and see. lets hope we get 3 with pre-order and full game and not only 2. But i'm thinking that it will be alot like the way factions went. So that means the game most likey will be out around Oct. i figure they learned from Factions and are makeing sure to have alot of CE this time. But we will just have to wait and see.

Now here's my problem: I can't preorder from retail vendors.

I mean, I can, but I live in Brazil; the exchange rates already make buying a GW key from plaync quite expensive. Paying the shipping for the preorder on top of that would be insane. I do want to preorder it, tho, as I wanted to preorder GW and Factions, but was unable to. So, the question is: is there a way to preorder an electronic download-only version of GW: Nightfall and still get the bonus? Has anyone done something like this before? Is anyone from Anet reading this who can answer me? I'd appreciate any help on the matter...

I can see the 3 slot thing being true.
We can now buy up to 26 additional slots, so adding one to a pre-order pack shouldnt be to big of a deal these days.

oops anet did it again
after i was givin up on the preorder on desapointment on the only beta factions had, ill have to get this preorder for nightfall, anet plays ruff man, look like the nightfall team is champion over the factions team, sayin it based only on pics and preorder, but look more promissin than last chapter.
