>> 7 out of the 22 builds that pertain to PvE. The rest are either farming specific or PvP variety builds.
>> 3 out of the 7 PvE builds are bonder builds.
>> 2 out of the remaining 4 builds are even worth reading.

with that said:

Boon Prot Build
-Mantra of Recall
-Inspired Hex
-Signet of Devotion
-Mend Condition
-Reversal of Fortune
-Prot Spirit (or Spirit Bond)
-Divine Boon -- use only when necessary
(Rez of some sort)

Low Cost Healer
-WoH
-Dwayna's Kiss
-Signet of Devotion
-Inspired Hex
-Ethereal Light
-Healing Seed
-Healing touch
-(Rez of some sort)

Both should work nicely when it comes to energy issues.

Here's the build I used throughout the prophecies game and it worked just fine. With this build I also was the solo monk on THK and on Hell's Precipice. Yes, my party successfully made it through both missions.

Healing Prayers 12+1+1
Divine Favor 10-11ish
Protection Prayers 7-9ish

Reversal of Fortune
Orison of Healing
Dwayna's Kiss
Signet of Devotion
Word of Healing (Heal Other until u cap it)
Healing Seed
Healing Touch
Rebirth

Make liberal use of RoF. It will be your savior and best friend. I particularly use it like a "shield" to prevent the next amount of damage allowing the heal to get in as opposed to simply repairing the damage just taken. Obviously if they have a hex on them, use Dwayna's to get the bonus.

Happy healing. :-)

These are the builds you want. If you feel like you need more straight healing with the Boon Prot monk, try subing out Sig of Devotion with Gift of Health.

Don't underestimate heal party in PvE. Often the damage is spread out among 8 people and it turns out to be one of the more efficeint heals. That being said, you will run out of mana if you spam it too much.

Stop Using Healing Breeze! If I Keep Seeing This Skill In Builds Posted In This Forum, I'm Gonna Make An Entire Thread For Blasting This Awful Skill!

Here Be Dragons

I have Heal Party in my build. It helps alot in PvE, and I've completed the entire of Proficies (sp?) with it there. Healing Breeze however, got kicked out after about 4 missions.

Max Divine Favor and high Protection is the way to go for a primary monk, with emphasis on 5e spells rather than 10e or 15e ones so that you get the most out of the Divine Favour bonus. I generally shy away from 10e or 15e spells, and favour 5e spells and signets to conserve energy.

I've found Healing Prayers to be more useful (in general) on secondary monks like Necromancers (i.e. ~14 blood magic / 12 healing prayers / ~9 soul reaping), as they get vast quantities of energy to blow in PvE on 10e and 15e healing spells and enchantments from Offering of Blood and Soul Reaping (assuming the kills are rolling in), plus they supply powerful healing and energy recovery from Well of Blood, Well of Power (if taken instead of Offering of Blood), and Blood Ritual. The only Healing Prayers I really like on a monk are the 5e ones like Healing Touch (as a self-heal) and Orison, although I prefer 5e Protection or Smiting spells as they bring more than just raw healing, like damage negation or condition / hex removal.

Some of the monk elites I like that havn't been mentioned are Restore Conditions (Protection Prayers) and Blessed Light (Divine Favor)

You can be a pure Mo/ and be energy safe, or go Mo/Me for Inspiration Magic - it's very popular for monks for good reasons
