PC on Max Gold Recurve Bow Unid and a FDS

Hi, could I get a pc on a max gold recurve bow req. 10 unid and a max blue FDS req. 8 without any modifiers?

Also, would the recurve bow be worth selling unidentified or should I just identify it? It doesn't seem to have any hp mods on it.
