I got these two gold items, and i'm not too good at evaluating their worth, so thanks in advance for any help!

Halo axe of axe mastery

Slashing Dmg 6-28 (Req 10 axe mastery)
Dmg +15% (while in a stance)
Axe mastery +1 (19% chance while using skills)

Eerie rod

Earth dmg 11-22 (Req 12 communing)
Energy +5 (While health is above 50%)
