Halves casting time of spells (10%)
Energy +5 (while health is above 50%)

Kris Daggers
7-17 Dmg (req. 8 dagger mastery)
Damage +20% (while hexed)

Oni Blade of Defense
Dmg 15-22 (req. 8 swordsmanship)
Damage +20% (while health is below 50%)
Armor +5

(i know theres another post that tells me the price of the oni blade but i would like a second opinion on it)
