Hi. I was wondering what setting would best suit Guildwars for my PC. My Specs are:
-Intel Pentium 4 Processor
-3.00 GHz
-Windows XP Home Edition (S.P 2)
-512mb of RAM
-Nvidia FX5200 with 128Mb RAM
-1024 x 768 Monitor (75Hz)
-DirectX 9.0c
-Fully Updated Computer (Graphics Drivers etc)
Help would be greatly appreciated.
What Settings?

well the top 5 specs there are similar to mine, not sure on monitor, directx, or drivers...
i can run it fine on all high but when i get to crowded places like ascalon d1 i lag a bit upon arrival.
im currently running on all low.. i dont lag at all unless im playing cs at the same time..
the differences arent that drastic on GW quality-wise, as apposed to games that are graffic-based like battlefield 2.
ur computer can run all of the settings pretty much, i'd suggest just playing a bit with all of them and choose what you prefer... bad graffics with no lag, or top notch graffics with the occasional lag spike.

i repeat:

Ok. Thanks Vey Much.
I can see what they mean when Guild wars players say the Community/ Support is top notch.

I'm using 1280x1024 with ALL settings on high, and the game is simply gorgeous.
However, I have a 1.5 Mbps connection and a SLI system...

I would say 1024x768 at the performance slider in the middle or 75% mark with AA turned on.
I have a system really close (1gb ram, 5700Ultra and AMD althon 64 3400+) and can almost run at everything at max at 1024x768.
