Factions = Get to Senji's Corner
Prophecies = Get ascended first; do the quests in Hero's, Destiny's Gorge, and the other that I can't remember right now..
The quests are called "______ (profession) 's Path"

depends if you are talking about the first GW or faction. for first GW you do it by completing quests in the crystal desert. For faction you do it at senji corner.

The quests are called "______ (profession) 's Path" The one you are missing is Seeker's Passage, which has the Ranger's Path and the Monk's Path I think.
