Price Check on some perfect items

i thought these were completely perfect but found out the only thing unperfect about these are the req. but it is still a low req so i still want a price check from about 5 different people if possible.

so yah i need a pc on those...
i could add some upgrades and make them uber-er,
but you could give me prices for both as-is and if i put perfect mods on them

i just looked at some auctions. i guess 7 is lowest req possible for perfect? i guess i always assumed since pvp char came with all req 9 that that was the best. neways these are still very nice weapons and i think they would be worth lots but i needa know how much to set the auction at

anyone else that is up to date on prices have an estimate for me? im going to put these up on the GWG auction when i have a couple more estimates.
I believe that the twin hammer skin is a rarish skin and is desirable to many people as dyes dye the whole thing except for the stone part, and the skin looks cool anyways

Correct, req7 is the lowest for Max damage weapons, with req13 being the highest.

Cons: Water magic is the least popular of the four elements.
Estimate value: 15-20k

Fire Wand: ~25k-ish

Twin Hammer: Please await PC from more knowledgeable PCGurus on this item as I currently deal with mostly caster items.
