GW hack site

I'd just like to post a warning or notification of a Guild Wars hack site being advertised in the game --Link Removed By: Tsunami Rain--. They are advertising God Mode cheats/ Item Dupes and Gold Makers. I don't know if these hacks work or don't work cause there is no way i'm sticking something like that on my machine but maybe a warning to those who might. Might be a nice way to get yr account banned or hacked..

Anyway, if this is real i hope that anet can detect people who use these hacks. Stuff like this ruins it for the rest of us.

I do have a screen with the name of the guy advertising it at Lions Arch but whether he is involved with it or not i don't know.

There have been sites claming the same thing, and more for quite awhile. They all involve downloading some sort of hack, which is most likely a keylogger. Without a dbout, they're trying to steal your account name and password, probably to sell your gold on EBAY.

Hacks like they claim simply don't work with a game like Guild Wars. Guild Wars is not Diablo.

now I think that when you look at that site, a key loger is put on your computer....*runs adware and virus thingy*

No, just looking at that site is fine. Downloading is a no-no though.
