Major Bug with PvP Began today

I have a nasty bug today - when I try to roll up a new toon, the "Choose Custom" toon choice is not available. All I can select are premades.

I asked around in the guild and several other people have this as well.

Can we please get this fixed ASAP? I can't create the PvP char combos I like, and I can't use any of my runes atm.

Submit a support ticket. The more people we can get to do this, the faster it'll be fixed. I've had this problem since last week's update to put in the Nightfall preview content.
