can someone please clarify whether Verata appears if you have Villany quest active. Have read on here both yes and no arguements but wanted something definate before i trudge off to cap.

I think Verata is a random person. I don't really remember facing Verata when I did Villany of Gilrath. I could be wrong.

Anyway, why waste a cap? None of Verata's are elites, so why bother? Just by the skills.

I'm pretty sure I bough my Verata's at Droks. I can't remember if you can buy it earlier or not.

I know its available at Ember Light Camp, but I think you can buy it earlier than that.

It would seem like it.

I don't think its available in Ascolon Settlement, nor in the jungle areas (like Maguma) but again, I could be wrong.

Copperhammer has it.
Verata's Sacrifice only affects your 3 oldest minions no matter what. For a skill with 60 seconds cooldown and 33% sacrifice, it is not worth it. It would be if it actually affects all minions like its tooltips say.
Check Guildwiki if you have any question on its strange bug that Anet refuses to fix or try to do it in game.

Well that's a stupid way to do that, they can just nerf it even more.
Don't use Verata's Sacrifice, it's broken and not worth it.
