I need a PC on these 2 items please
1. Air Wand Req 8
Max Dmg, Energy +5 while enchanted, halves casting of all spells 10%

2. Shortbow Req 9
Max dmg, +20 while hexed, vampiric 5/1, armor +5

Air wand: ~10-15k

Short Bow: Expert salvage; the upgrades are easier to sell than a bow with 20% (while hexed) which is not a popular damage mod.
