I came up with this build a while back to farm trolls, but have found it works on many a beastie in game.
So far I have found my build can farm
trolls
avicara
griffons(frost and desert kinds)
ettins
mountain giants
vermin
the build
skills
live vicariously
vigerous spirit
sprint
dolyak signet
executioners strike
cyclone axe
bonettis stance
triple axe
atts
10 healing
16 axe(12+3+1)
9 tactics(8+1)
equiptment
full glads armour, with axe +1 helm
sup absorb on the chest plate
razor stone(green axe)
victos bulwark
The build is simple to use, put up lv, aggro a mob(bigger the better), put up VS and dolyak(bigger the better), the proceed with the combo of cyclone>bonettis>triple>bonetis......
and when VS and dolyaks run out jus put them back up. However, when fighting vermin, replace VS with healing breeze to counter the degen. You can kill shreader, and the troll warrior boss with this build. Use the executioners on them to take them down quick.

Are you sure the points don't go into Strength rather than Tactics? Dolyak with no strength isn't worth a whole lot.
So triple chop + cyclone axe with the two "heal when hit" skills is enough to keep you alive?

sorry, forgot to say strength is at liek 4 or something, dolyask lasts 14secs with it.
Also the 2 heal spells and the 2 axe attacks give u plenty of health.
Fighting large mobs each of these attacks hits every mob member, and say with 10-15 mob members, you get 25 health per hit, so around 250-375 health per attack. The beonettis to avoid most of the damage till one of them recharges, and to give you some energy.
A problem can be if one of your axe attacks gets interupted and disabled. It takes practice, but you can survive if one gets knocked out, even cyclone, you jus need to hit bonettis, and let it run its course, then hit it asap again.

erm, i have no idea, but i dont think so, due to the lack of self healing you would have.
