looking for a casual but serious mature guild

hello
I reinstalled last night after about a year.
some neat changes in the game now!
I only have prophecies and may be some time before I can get Factions.

I will be playing most nights for a few hours and im based in the U.S.

I am 33 years old and am looking for a guild of likeminded, MATURE people who play to have fun.
Dont get me wrong I love pvp and gvg and want to particapate in them heavily, and also farming runs, I sure need new equipment!
Vent and TS: I can get them no problem, but due to playing times I do not want to be "required" to be on it all of the time.
You can still play and win without it, especially a tight knit group.
I dont care what guild hall or capes you have, that means nothing to me lol.
Im looking at the personality of the guild, not the material in game items.
I play a Ranger/Ele that I may change to R/Mo or something not sure yet, still researching that also
