How much does that 1 dmg hurt the price? is this still up there in value?

it hurts the price significantly, i say 50k if someone doesnt really mind the 6-27 part because 6-27 15^50 = 6-28 14^50 damage wise, but yeah dont expect to get anything spectacular if anythign at all
