I got only one weapon set option..why not more?

On my 55 monk, I have only one weapon set option, same on some of my other chars, this isv. annoying to switch weapons.

My old ele has 4 weapons set..how can i get more weapons set? dont tell me i have to finish the game again *sigh*

Go into Inventory and click the button that is kinda in the middle of the whole dialog, it lets you turn on/off weapon sets you wish to use.
