basic elite mission(deep) team

hey i been to the deep 1ce and almost made it to the end, untill the amount of leavers got too much..
id say the basic team would be 3 tanks 3 monks 1 mm and 2 eles
but, what what r the monks? boons prot monks guardian.
and for the eles whats best blinding ele for the boss guy at start or high dmg nuker? post in suggestion please

I'd say 2 WoH monks and 1 boon prot are best for 3 monks and MM is not really common in the deep anymore, mostly SS and battery. As for eles, my groups haven't used any air eles before, only nukers.
